How much will my move cost?
Your quote depends on the size of the move, travel, crew, access and any packing or specialty items. Share those details with us and ask for the rate, minimum hours, travel charges, taxes and any extras in writing before you book.
Can you help with a condo move?
Yes, condo and apartment moves are part of our residential moving service. Check your building’s elevator booking window, loading access and any building requirements, then share them when we plan your move.
Do you offer packing help?
Yes. Tell us which rooms or items you’d like help with, and whether you need packing, unpacking or both. Materials, availability and any added charges should be confirmed with your quote.
Do you move outside Toronto?
Prompt Moving offers local moves across the GTA and longer-distance moves within Ontario. Share both locations so we can discuss your route, timing and availability.
What should I do before moving day?
Confirm access and parking at both locations, reserve elevators if needed, label boxes by room, and set aside essentials, medication, valuables and documents to carry with you. Tell us about large or delicate items in advance.
Does requesting a quote book my move?
No. Sending a quote request does not reserve a date or confirm a price. We’ll review your details and confirm scope, availability and pricing with you before you book.
